I. Product-related
You can check the detailed size selection guide at the top of the webpage. Minor deviations in shoe sizes are normal. We recommend choosing one size larger to avoid discomfort when wearing.
The materials of the shoe upper and sole vary according to the shoe design. For specific materials, please refer to the product detail page or contact customer service.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
- Cleaning: For mesh/fabric shoes (e.g., sports shoes), gently brush with a soft brush dipped in warm water mixed with mild laundry detergent, focusing on stubborn stains. For leather shoes (e.g., leather dress shoes, casual leather shoes), wipe dust with a dry cloth and clean tough stains with a soft cloth dipped in special leather cleaner—do not rinse directly with water. For canvas shoes, soak in cold water for 10 minutes, hand-wash gently with mild laundry detergent, and lay flat to dry. All materials should be air-dried in a cool ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent yellowing and deformation.
- Shape retention: After cleaning or during long-term storage, stuff the shoes with newspaper or shoe trees to maintain their shape. Store them separately or in shoe boxes to avoid extrusion.
- Daily maintenance: Regularly clean debris from the sole grooves. For odors, sprinkle baking soda inside the shoes and clean it after 24 hours. Blot moisture with a dry cloth immediately if the shoes get wet. Place silica gel desiccants inside when storing for a long time to prevent moisture.
II. Payment & Invoice-related
We support a variety of international payment methods. Please refer to the latest payment interface for details. The currency will be automatically converted to your country’s currency or US dollars.
We can provide an international PI invoice, but a small service fee will be charged. Please contact customer service for specific details.
Shipping fees for multiple pairs are cheaper than for a single pair. We recommend purchasing in multiples of 2. If the package is not a standard square or rectangle, international couriers will charge an irregular shape surcharge, which is very uneconomical. Please contact customer service for more information.

There is a 48-hour consideration period after placing the order. Please carefully confirm your shipping address during this period. After 48 hours, the order will be locked, and no modifications or refunds will be allowed.

Your personal and payment information is only stored on the device you use and will not be uploaded to our servers. We only verify your shipping address and phone number when delivering the goods—we have no access to other information of yours.
